Equi-insight
Be Balanced with tai chi and self reflection Equine riders can come to Alhaurin el Grande (Malaga). You will gain insight into the reactions of your horse to you or amongst other horses or people. You will learn how to balance your own energy and body posture on your horse in order to lessen the occurrence of back injuries. This can be done privately or in small groups.
